  Hey Max,

  I just tried to do a Sync and I am still getting the email messages. Also, clicking on the "Stop" button does not stop the Synchronization process. If I refresh the Office 365 page and try to access the Syncronization menu item again, I get a blank panel where the "Stop" button and sync options should be.

  Hello Max,

  I understand about the log but every time that I do a Synchronize, an error notification email is also generated for each contact. The error message is as follows:

  Client found response content type of 'text/html; charset=UTF-8', but expected 'text/xml'. The request failed with an empty response.

  Is there any way to correct this on my end?
