Hi Jonathan,
It seems we won't be able to completely fix support for SuiteCRM 8. Thought we have a module that allows archiving, linking to Contacts,Leads, Accounts, etc. is not working because SuiteCRM 8 broke some old SOAP APIs.

Hi Nic,
From another case I see you managed to get it working with SuiteCRM 7. I may just confirm here that SuiteCRM 8 is a pain, though we have a special module version for it, it is not fully functional, they broke some old SOAP APIs.

Hi Nic,
You may try Trusted IPs https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/authentication/howto-mfa-mfasettings#trusted-ips
Also you may try to disable MFA for the account on this page (we noticed that after disabling - browser login still requires MFA, but API works, you may test) https://account.activedirectory.windowsazure.com/UserManagement/MultifactorVerification.aspx?BrandContextID=O365

Hi Gary,
I see that your subscription is already cancelled. Thanks for being a customer for a long time. Unfortunately SuiteCRM 8 broke some APIs we rely on and we can not fix it from our end.

I see that you switched from the server-side synchronization to the plugin. So you might need to delete module for the server-side solution and install this one mentioned on multi-user plugin doc page. https://gmdownlods.s3.amazonaws.com/suitecrm/gmsync_latest.zip https://store.suitecrm.com/docs/grinmark-outlook-365-addin-for-suitecrm/multi-user-installation Please let me know if you have issues with this module.

Perhaps you need to white list the plugin server IP (cloud.grinmark4u.com): 138.201.9.240

Yes, it may take up-to 72 hours (info from Microsoft). From my experience it is about 24 hours. There is also an option to install the plugin individually for every user, in this case the change is applied instantly. If you are interested in this workaround please write us at support@grinmark4u.com

You may safely delete/remove the old version. All settings will remain.

Also please let us know in case of any issues at support@grinmark4u.com. We see big delays in Microsoft applying changes for custom Admin-managed add-ins. Like customers install the new file but an old version is still loaded. We have a workaround for this.

There are two options to configure
- Configure Trusted IP https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/authentication/howto-mfa-mfasettings#trusted-ips IP is 144.76.117.213 (cloud.grinmark.com)
- Configure Named Location https://www.theictguy.co.uk/using-conditional-access-to-not-require-mfa-inside-your-trusted-named-locations/ (if Trusted IP won’t work make sure to remove it to use Named Location)
