There are two options to configure
- Configure Trusted IP https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/authentication/howto-mfa-mfasettings#trusted-ips IP is 144.76.117.213 (cloud.grinmark.com)
- Configure Named Location https://www.theictguy.co.uk/using-conditional-access-to-not-require-mfa-inside-your-trusted-named-locations/ (if Trusted IP won’t work make sure to remove it to use Named Location)

On the Settings page of the plugin scroll to the very bottom and find an edit field - Custom Modules. Specify custom modules (comma separated) to make them available for Relate feature on Archiving tab.

Hi Paul,
- The plugin synchronizes all Contacts. You may only choose the direction (E > CRM, CRM > E, E <> CRM)
- Only Microsoft Exchange addresses are visible to the plugin. Gmail is not supported.
- When a user archives an email with the Plugin and the recipient is missing in CRM then the plugin creates a new lead in CRM and links such an email to this lead. If you will do contact sync before archiving an email - then the email will be linked to the contact.
- There is a small possibility that a customization may break something. The only way to find out is to try.

Hi Paul,
The plugin can archive to CRM any email from the mailbox of a user. If a user received an email sent to a group address - it is not a problem, as long as the email reaches the Inbox of that user. The number of licenses you need is equal to the number of your power users.

Hi Paul,
- SuiteCRM Outlook Plugin is not a product of GrinMark, so you may remove it.
- In the plugin configuration you may select CRM logins to use. https://store.suitecrm.com/docs/grinmark-outlook-365-addin-for-suitecrm/multi-user-installation
- Our plugin is compatible with 7.13

The plugin does not work with multi-factor auth. You may configure the exception https://www.theictguy.co.uk/using-conditional-access-to-not-require-mfa-inside-your-trusted-named-locations/
The IP of the plugin server is 144.76.117.213 (cloud.grinmark.com).

We also noticed that installation from URL may not work. If this is the case - download the file locally and choose Install from File option. http://www.grinmark.com/download/RibbonOutlookPluginSuiteCRM.xml

Once the plugin is installed, click on the Hamburger icon and it will show the list of tabs. One of them is Settings. I hope it helps.
