Thanks for your reply. It doesn't need to sync to Mautic users, just be able to pull in the user name or user ID from the CRM into a custom field so that segments can be built based on CRM lead or contact owner.

By re-authorising the plugin on Mautic and re-generating the access token the sync is now working.

So if I tick that checkbox, will that stop Suite overwriting Mautic if there is an existing value?
If the answer is yes then what I am trying to do is not possible with your plugin. I need both Suite and Mautic to be able to update the Lead Status field.
Is this possible with customisation?
Could you also please answer the question (3rd time of asking) about what to enter in Mautic dropdown to match -blank in Suite?

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately this does not answer the issue raised.
We have lead status mapped so that Suite updates Mautic as this is correct most of the time. However, we have some Mautic campaigns that need to update the Lead Status in Suite to a particular status. How do we achieve this to 'override' the mapping direction?
Could you also please clarify the issue with -blank- in Suite dropdowns? What do we enter in the Mautic dropdown to match the Suite '-blank-' field?

Thanks, not sure I fully understand what to do with -blank-, Mautic does not allow me to create an 'empty' option.
Also not sure that this answers my question... If the connector mapping is set to go from Suite to Mautic but sometimes I need to update the lead status in Mautic, how do I push that change back to Suite?
e.g. Status changes from New to Recycled.....

We are currently trying to get the plugin working but will have the same issue with Account Name on Contacts.
Could a workaround be to create a custom field in Suite that pulls in the account name that could then be mapped to Mautic Contacts?

Hi,
Thanks for your reply. However, 'company' does not exist in the SuiteCRM Contact module as it's linked to the Account rather than a Contact specific field. Therefore it does not appear in the Module Fields list. Please advise.

We have a security group for Finance which contains the Finance Role. The Finance users are in the Finance Security Group and hvethe Finance Role assigned. Message on-screen shown in attached screenhot.

Hi, I work with jonnie00 - We are still unable to provide access to any other users as in the manage users section we see the following:
Licensed User Count: 6
Available Licenses: 0
Additional Licenses Needed: 5Can we please get this sorted ASAP as we need multiple users to trial this tool?

I have 'Enabled' Access and given the Finance Role 'All' for List and View under the Roles settings however the members of the Finance Team are still unable to view the module

Hi,
We have the Pro version and adding tables and charts to the Analytic Reporting Dashboard is fine - it's Suite Dashboard Dashlets that we need. Charts seem to be available to Suite Dashlets but not tables - sometimes to show a table on a Suite Dashlet is better than showing a chart.
