#4921 - Unable to map assigned user field

Hi,

The Assigned User for a lead is not listed in the SuiteCRM fields to map to - how to I sync assigned user from Suite to Mautic?

    There is no such functionality included in the standard version of our plugin. There is no synchronization of users between the CRM and Mautic (because how would Mautic know that user X in the CRM system is user Y in Mautic).

    We can create this functionality specifically for you as a paid service. Are you interested?

      Thanks for your reply. It doesn't need to sync to Mautic users, just be able to pull in the user name or user ID from the CRM into a custom field so that segments can be built based on CRM lead or contact owner.

      There is no available 'Assigned to' field in the mapping. Therefore, alternatively, you can add a second relationship to Users in order to be able to select the field in the mapping. Then, you can determine the record owners in the Mautic system using segments.
