#2977 - Cannot move past Step 14 on Mautic Implementation
Hi,
We have SuiteCRM V7.10.18 and we are trying to sync to Mautic V2.16.3. Everything appears to work right up until Step 14. Clicking "Add Mapping" immediately shows a dialogue box that says "Synchronize Mautic Contacts Fields First!! Click on SYNC FIELDS Button!!". Going back and clicking on "Sync Fields" and trying again has no effect.
I see someone else had thie same issue with SendtoGrid.
Could you please advise?

Hello,
As per your message it's look like Contact Field is not sync from Muatic in Field Mapping Step.
is it possible to share your CRM Credentials, FTP Details, Database Access and Mautic Credentials if you don't mind?
