#4515 - Failure to send contact update information to Suite
Hi,
We are currently trialling the plugin and it is working for new leads/contacts created or existing leads/contacts mass updated, in Suite. However, it is not sending the updated data to Mautic if I change a single field, such as Lead Status.
It is also not sending new/updated data from Mautic to Suite. I can get it to create new leads in Suite by using the campaign Push to Integration (which is fine by using an All-Contacts segment for the campaign) but if I try to use the Push To Integration for a data update it is creating a duplicate record in Suite instead of updating. How do I configure to send contact updates to Suite?

It is also not sending new/updated data from Mautic to Suite.
Mautic can update a given field in CRM always if it is empty in CRM, or if the checkbox "Allow Mautic to overwrite Module Fields value in CRM (if value is not empty)” is checked.

"Always create new record" must be set to "No".

Thank you for your response - however I think we have already resolved the issue.
Please confirm when the update will be ready for Mautic 4.4.4 and for SuiteCRM 8.2?

We are working on updating our plugin to Mautic 4.4.X. It’s hard to say when exactly our plugin will be ready to support this version. However it will be in the near future :)
In our opinion, SuiteCRM 8.x is still unstable. Therefore, we are not planning to adjust our plugin at the moment. We are waiting for SuiteCRM 8.x to be stable and secure. Then we will adjust our plugin.
