#491 - Key in invalid
Hi All,
I bought a free trial for 30 days. Now I want entered a key in SuiteCRM, wanted to validate it but see the message Key in invalid.
Please help.

Here is the info for you key
Outlook 365 and SuiteCRM Integration (Multi User Monthly) about a month ago Currently evaluating 30-day trial. Trial ends July 21st, 2017.
The key should be valid for two more days. Did you install multi-user or single-user version of the plugin?

And I am sorry, I have a message that key doesn't exist.
What should I do? I cannot use my last days of trial period.

In this case I suggest starting a new trial so that you have ample time to test. You can do this by going to your Purchases, clicking on the Purchase History tab for that order, and clicking on Quit Trial. Could you please make a screenshot of the whole browser window where you enter the key and send it to support@grinmark.com?
Do not worry, I can make another 30-day key for you. We just need to figure out why the key is not accepted.
