#4807 - Archive to custom module

Closed Feature created by NLcom SDS Verified Purchase a year ago

The dropdown only shows default SuiteCRM modules, but I want to know if it's possible to archive an email to a custom module in SuiteCRM?

On the Settings page of the plugin scroll to the very bottom and find an edit field - Custom Modules. Specify custom modules (comma separated) to make them available for Relate feature on Archiving tab.

    Thanks for the fast respond.

I tried the solution, and it looks like it had to work, because I can find records from my custom module. But if I want to relate the email to the record, nothing happens...

Sorry, I had no relation between my custom module and the "Email" module. I thought the archived email saved in the "Notes" module.

Thanks for your help. You can close this ticket.
