#4558 - Cannot get Outlook to show Grinmark plugin

Hi, followed Multiuser Install guide. First, discovered your URL http://www.grinmark.com/download/RibbonOutlookPluginEnterpriseSuiteCRM.xml was wrong - it had to be httpS. Plugin was then made available to users (optional, default enabled), but nothing appears, neither in outlook web nor in outlook PC. Please contact me, I need to get this well documented piece of software running ASAP.
