Hello,

I have 1 licence configured for my user. Everithing is good in server configuration.

On the plugin: I can test connexion on Suite Crm instance --> Test OK I can test connexion on O365 --> Test ok

I can acrhive one mail Outlook --> CRM --> Test OK, works great

I can't synchronise Meeting from CRM to Outlook --> Licence error:

AESync365 Cloud/xxx.xxx@xxx.com Notification License Not Found Timestamp: 6/2/2022 3:15:43 PM Insufficient license to start synchronization

Loaded licenses for profile: Office365

License not found for: crmuser/user_mail@xxx.com

ERROR: not all users have valid license

Can you help please?
