Dear Support team,

After installing the plugin through the url, I then tried to configure the settings in the Settings tab. But it comes with this error "Office API failed to initialize. Contact support@grinmark.com"

    Hello John,

    This may be a temporary issue at Microsoft side. General recommendation is to restart browser or Outlook. If you see this message in Outlook then make sure you have latest updates for it installed.

    Thank you for the message. It was a problem with the browser. I switched from Safari to Firefox and I was able to get to the settings. Thank you

    Sorry. Now there is another error that comes up when giving my CRM url

    Connection Failed SugarInfo::Connect. AddIn version: GM.B.Sugar.Soap.SugarWrapperImplSoap:5.1.1.0 Error initializing connection: Unable to connect to the remote server
