#3483 - Connection Failure
Hi,
We attempt to connect to both the CRM and to Office 365 and press 'Test Connection' and receive the following messages.
For connection to our CRM:
Connection Failed
Fail: User Name
Error connecting to https://mycrmdomain.com/:The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel.
For 365 I have set the auth type to OAuth and I receive a message saying 'Connection Failed'. In your instructions you make reference to entering the Tenant ID in to the exchange connection settings but I cannot see where I locate the 'settings' input. Please can you advise?

Hi Jonathan,
Your CRM server must be reachable from the server of the plugin. You need to allow connections from cloud.grinmark.com (144.76.117.213).
For the plugin Tenant ID is determined automatically. Did you receive consent prompt upon Test Connection?
