Hello,
Is it server side syncronization? I mean, if my desktop outlook is closed for several days, could all the incoming emails will syncronize?

Hi,
The plugin works in manual mode, it means you need to trigger synchronization from Outlook. If you want background server-side sync that will do synchronization on regular basis (no matter Outlook is started or not) take a look at AESync
