Hello

we have put the needed links in 365 and files in SuiteCRM

When on the outlook we see Grinmark

The request failed. The remote server returned an error:

(401) Unauthorized. The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized.

Can you please support on this?

Is this CRM connection or 365 connection

    The error message is from Office 365 connection. If you have different aliases for this mailbox please send both names to support@grinmark.com and we'll update the email address in the Settings.

    Try to enable OAuth https://www.grinmark.com/kb/basic-authentication-and-exchange-online.html Scroll this article to Office 365 Plugin for Sugar/SuiteCRM for instructions.

    The password field just pretends it is prefilled. Try to enter the password and re-test connection.

    Please can you confirm how to fix this

    I reverted the user email address to originally detected. Could you retest connection one more time?
