#1388 - connection failed with ms outlook

i have this error when try to test the connection with outlook: Connection Failed The request failed. The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden. The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden. the password is correct. I can access to https://outlook.office365.com/EWS/Exchange.asmx with the same password as i use to configure it.

    Does your email address match that automatically detected by the plugin? (in Email field) Sometimes several email addresses are used with same Office365 account.
