Hi My demo key of b26e3f17c4c25fbfa1d144fd8914b40c does not add any users.

    It's works in the web from my desktop but the server needs an outbound web proxy. Proxy is set in suitcrm. I can wget https://store.suitecrm.com/api/v1/key/validate?public_key=f8c0fbc494684839046e7bd003613eaa&key=b26e3f17c4c25fbfa1d144fd8914b40c and get an ERROR 400 suitcrm log shows SugarOutfitters_API::call(): Unable to validate license. Please configure the firewall to allow requests to https://store.suitecrm.com/api/v1/key/validate and make sure that SSL certs are up to date on the server.

      Here is what I've got from the store guys: you need to make an exception for outgoing connections to sugaroutfitters.com on port 443.

    The system can get to store.suitecrm.com with an http_proxy on outbound and the Proxy Settings in suitcrm config are set.

    Does this plugin not work with outbound proxy?

      I see your license validations coming through. Is it showing as not validated in SuiteCRM still? If so, then it's not getting the response correctly from the request. If it is validating then the sync with Outlook is where it would be having connection issues.

    Available Licenses: 0 and It does not save the enabled state.

    I have 2 systems prod and dev I can try to move dev to a place where it does not need an outbound Proxy but I have other things on the system that does work with proxy. Also the system is behind an reverse proxy

    I can't get to the point to test outlook.

      That helps. I believe it is failing when saving the key to the config_override.php file in your root SuiteCRM directory. Can you make this temporarily writeable and then validate the key again?

    config_override.php is 777 and selinux is in permissive mode still fails. I see this in the log Thu Aug 9 11:51:36 2018 [25481][64871cd7-09f4-0fb3-8ed8-5b35347f901c][FATAL] OutfittersLicense::doValidate() failed: Array ( [success] => [result] => Key could not be found locally. Please go to the license configuration tool and enter your key. ) and Thu Aug 9 12:10:29 2018 [25481][64871cd7-09f4-0fb3-8ed8-5b35347f901c][FATAL] OutfittersLicense::doValidate() failed: Array ( [success] => [result] => SugarOutfitters_API::call(): Unable to validate the license key.
