#1124 - Connection Failed
I purchased the Multi User plan for three licenses and followed the guide for the multi user installation. 1. Login to Office 365 and went to the Admin panel 2. Installed app from URL (http://www.grinmark.com/download/OutlookPluginEnterpriseSuiteCRM.xml) 3. Made plugin available to all users and enabled by default 4. Downloaded and installed GMSyncAddon module for SuiteCRM from https://gmdownlods.s3.amazonaws.com/suitecrm/gmsync_latest.zip 5. Entered license key, hit validate and was able to validate license 6. Added three users In Outlook, I next went to"<> SuiteCRM" button. Under settings: 1. Enterprise license is configured on CRM server. 2. Set URL to the URL address as used when access our SuitCRM using a web browser. 3. Entered User Name 4. Entered Password 5. Tested Connection and got Connection Failed When I test the connection for Office 365 Account Connection Successful. Please help fix this issue.
