A better way to manage and maintain your Target Lists. Target List Wizard allows you to keep lists up to date automatically using reports or workflows or manually from each of your records using the Target List subpanel. Also includes the ability to mass remove and also search for records that belong to a certain target list.

I can't see Parameters in the Sync Target List with Report page
Settings parameters is only available in the Detail View, and only for SuiteCRM 7.8 or higher.
I defined a Workflow for Contacts based on a condition of Accounts. The target list is not updated when I modify the Account
If your workflow is based on Contacts, only changes to Contacts are managed. You should use Sync with a Report.
Target Lists synced with Reports are not updated daily.
Make sure you have enabled the schedulers in your crontab.
