It works good with HTTP, it creates all recording links whether call from inside CRM or direct on phone app. In HTTPS, it creates recording links just only call from inside CRM. But anyway, the support team is very kindly, they support honestly.

Very good product and great support.

This plugin works great with FreePBX and support was quick at assisting with the installation.

With the great support for 3 days I have successfully integrated Freepbx with SuiteCrm via SuiteCRM Asterisk Integration. It helps me to better manage 50 telesales.

Work efficiency increases clearly with clicktocall, show customer infomation on pupup.

Good support. I have 3 issues. Support full time 3-4 days. Result: full working!

1. I need expand manually nginx server on my asterisk host, for direct link on call records.
2. NAT forwarding NODEJS port

Install and first test worked like a charm (well documented). The plugin did not work out of the box because I have a custom Asterisk integration but the support members Hiren and Lokesh, who are very skilled programmers, helped me out big time. They made the Asterisk Plugin work at the same time with WhatsApp integration, too. After install, the use of the plugin is intuitive and it's beautifully designed.
