The SuiteCRM Asterisk Integration allows you to enable Click To Call from any module in SuiteCRM.
The Call Notification center in the lower right corner of SuiteCRM will immediately show any customer information for both outbound and inbound calls.
All Asterisk calls get logged into SuiteCRM and related to the appropriate records based on the phone number of the call.
