Hi Support, I have subscribed for the multi user version, however the documentations are describing the installation procedure for Outlook 365. I would need the instructions for Outlook 2016 windows application. I also do not see any .exe file of the plugin.

Please advice on how to integrate the plugin with the outlook windows version.

Hi Jeffray,

Plugin installation is performed via a browser. Once installed as described in the docs the plugin will appear in desktop version of Outlook as well. There are no exe files to install.

Hi , Does the integration support non office 365 users. If yes , is there any documentation available. We require a plugin for outlook 2016 windows version and we are not outlook 365 users.

The plugin can be used with Office 365 or any other Exchange 2013+ based mailbox.
