the plugin can't connect to the exchange.
when i try to connect on the aws the email input is locked. the login of the exchange is diffrent from the email linked to the crm but i can't change that field, so i can't connect. there is a way to fix this? why the field is read only?

Detected email is a primary key, it is the reason for it to be read only. But I changed the email to the value you provided. Could you re-test?

It is read-only for customers. But can be changed by a system admin.
