With Outlook 365, when I click on "Settings" in menu, I still have "GrinMark integration for Sugar enables you to...". I'm not able to access to settings.

Not sure what it is. Looks like a client side issue. Could you try to do this in a Private window of your browser?

"Office.js has not fully loaded" means there is a problem on Microsoft side. Usually it just disappears after some time.
Unauthorized error can be shown when the mailbox name is different from the name detected by the plugin. If you are using other email addresses with the mailbox (except the detected one) please send them to support@grinmark.com and we'll update the settings.
Btw, what is your Office 365 subscription level? Is it Enterprise or Personal license?

Hello, Our subscription level is Entreprise basic. The email address detected is the one we use to log in O365 (name@mydomain.fr) . But as we didn't update our DNS records to point to O365, the plugin may need to use name@mydomainfr.onmicrosoft.com instead of name@mydomain.fr. Anyway, we plan to update our DNS next week. Then, we'll see if it works. Regards
