I have: Installed the gmsyncaddon module 1.9.4 to SuiteCRM 7.11.13 / Sugar 6.5.25 Validated license key check is OK Added a user to the licensed user's list
When trying to connect from Outlook 365 with the test connection button:
Connection Failed Fail: GMSyncAddon module is not installed in CRM system. To use Multi User edition of the plugin install the module from this location (right click and choose Save Target/Link As... to download):

Also, I installed the plugin into Outlook 365 Version 4.0.3.0 into my Exchange account. It appears to be working and the Test Connection to outlook in the plugin returns Connection Successful. I am accessing Outlook 365 using Chrome web browser.

You need to open /custom/service for access (in Apache). As a result the following URL /custom/service/gmsync/rest.php should work if opened in a browser.

Please clarify "open /custom/service for access (in Apache)" Are you talking about permissions? (Chmod)
I get Internal Server Error when I try to access /custom/service/gmsync/rest.php in a browser.
