Hallo, I have the following Problem: Outlook 365 WebApp as well as Outlook Desktop: GM <>suitecrm - Addon cannot connect to https://domain-changed/crm, but connects without problems to Office365
Error-Message trying "test-connection": Connection Failed Fail: "UserID changed" GMSyncAddon module is not installed in CRM system. The module exposes REST interface for the plugin. But the entry point is not accessible.
Forbidden You don't have permission to access /crm/custom/service/gmsync/rest.php on this server. Server unable to read htaccess file, denying access to be safe
To make it working you need to adjust pemissions.
