#2268 - Addon Multiuser Licence do not appear in Outlook365 WebApp or Outlook 2019

The installation process (multiuser licence, 1st day of trial period) went well until the successfull installation of the addon on Exchange Office365.

The expected icon didn´t appear after reload/ WebClient or restart Outlook however the addon is visible as contributed and available in the settings.

We installed with both URL (http://www.grinmark.com/download/RibbonOutlookPluginEnterpriseSuiteCRM.xml, http://www.grinmark.com/download/OutlookPluginEnterpriseSuiteCRM.xml) - none odf them worked.

    solved - toke 1,5 hours until the icons appeared

    Thanks for the feedback! I am glad it finally works. Sometimes it happens with Exchange instances. Especially when it is a new instance. Usually waiting for a few hours helps.
