#172 - Office365 UserName different from Email

Hi to all, in our Office365 configuration we have the username different from the email address. that seems to be a problem for the EWS connection of your plugin. After some test we have seen that with the email address different from the username the EWS connection alwais fail, only if the two fields (email, username) have the same value the connection works.

How can we change the email address of ews configuration in your office365 plugin?! The field is readonly !!

    Hi Roberto,

    You probably have Office 365 Home subscription, in this case email address is detected as outlook_XXXXXX@outlook.com. Since email address is a primary key we can not allow users to change it (security), this is why the field is readonly. If you will send the real username to support@grinmark.com I'll update it asap. Please, also include the detected email address in the message.

      Hi Denis, we have Office 365 Professional Version that works with the "Active Directory", so we use the username of the active directory, not the email address, to login everywhere, also into office 365. So we need to change the email address of ews configuration in your plugin or that the plugin will retrieve the real email address and not the username, or we can't use your integration.
