#1685 - Licensing Error

I have purchased 3 single user licenses that are valid until the end of January 2019 for 3 users in our organization to try test connections to our SuiteCRM test server. I installed the initial license on my Office 365 account and got it working successfully on Jan 01. Today (Jan 08) I see that when I perform a sync I get an Email that states:

License Not Found Insufficient license to start synchronization

If I test my license it still says that it is valid.

I have issued the other 2 single user license IDs I purchased to two other users in our organization to install. At this time I do not want to license every individual in our organization - only these 3. I am assuming here that single user licenses can be issued to different individuals in our organization to connect their individual Office365 Email accounts all to the same SuiteCRM test server. Is this correct, or can only one single user license be issued against the same SuiteCRM server and corporate O365 setup?

Please advise, and if this is a valid configuration please fix my license on the server side, which appears to be broken. By all ways I can measure, the license should be valid.
