Hi Denis, Adding the email signature into new CRM contact works fine, but archiving an email still gives the above fail message.

    Hi James,

Could you archive an email with Mass Archive feature? I'll have more logs in this case and wil be able to identify the problem. Must be module permissions.

    Regards, Denis

Hi Denis, I've just run a Mass Archive for you to check the logs.

    Hi James,

Sorry for delay with response. Logs are almost empty, no attempt to archive email was made. Did you mark an email in Exchange with 'ToCRM' category?

    Regards, Denis

Hi Denis, I've tried to archive a few this morning, and run a synchronisation, which returns zeros. I'm not sure what you mean by 'ToCRM' category ? All I can see is a 'SuiteCRM' dropdown menu.

    Hi James,

Here is the note from the docs:

Note: Mark emails in Outlook with a category ‘ToCRM’. Such emails will be processed in selected folders (Inbox/Sent Items) and automatically archived.

    Regards, Denis

    Hi James,

What is your version of SuiteCRM? Does the user has Write permission for Emails module?

    Regards, Denis
