Hello I just purchase the multi-version trial and followed your instruction to add the app to my Exchange admin center. I'm using the url: http://www.grinmark.com/download/OutlookPluginEnterpriseSuiteCRM.xml but receive an error "The app couldn't be downloaded"?

    Hi Keith,

    What happens when you perform license test in SuiteCRM? What error do you see?

      Says it doesn't validate invalid key

      Actually it's a Message from webpage stating "Error: Key does not exist.

    Hi Keith,

    I tested both your keys, single and multi-user. Both were validated successfully.

    Could you make a screenshot of the module page in CRM were you test the key and send to support@grinmark.com?
