#863 - License Key not valid anymore after purchasing

I purchased the subscription for one year and receive the purchase receipt but no extra license key. The trial license key though ist not accepted.

    Hello Implicit,

    We can confirm that Markus has paid for one year on 018/01/05. The subscription is marked as canceled so as not to renew, but should remain active until 2019/01/05.

    It looks like you are, but be sure to use the key from Order # 2942.

    Dear Jason,

    thanks for the swift response.

    I reinstalled (repaired) the software and ensured that I use the license key für the correct order (#2942) but same result. After starting up outlook and entering the license key, i do see that the license is being checked (progress bar) but it ends with the same error message "License is not active"
