Implicit FrontEnd provides deep integration with Microsoft Outlook. In addition to full two-way synchronization of Outlook data such as contacts and calendars, it allows you to sync CRM data including accounts, opportunities, quotes etc. so that you can do all your CRM work without leaving Outlook. I have already uninstalled the Implicit FrontEnd from user "Ken Woodruff" to install the add-on for another user, but I still get the maximum license usage error. Would you please release the license from Ken Woodruff.

Thank you for the list you provided. Please remove kevin_linares from the list. It is interesting that this user still shows up in the current active users because Implicit was removed from this user about 2-3 months ago.

Based on our communication via email, I made one of the CRM users an admin, but still no option is visible to see the licenses to be able to release them.
Would you please clarify how to release the licenses from currently installed Implicit FrontEnd?
