Hi,

When this plugin is to archive email from outlook to Suitecrm, To,CC and BCC fields are not populated for internal users.

OS : Windows 10 Outlook Version:1906 Implicit Front end version:4.2.6 & 4.2.14 both version has same behavior

    By design (for security purposes) Internal users are treated differently than contacts as I am sure you saw in the side panel when you select an email from an internal user.

      Yes I saw that.

      For our Use Case, tracking all internal users who were part of email is as important as tracking contacts.

      Is there any workaround possible to capture them while archiving emails.

    Any update on this ?

    Storing Complete list of From,To,CC and BCC including both internal user and external user is extremely critical for our use case.

    If its not possible in standard version , Is there a possibility of customization for the same ?

    No, this functionality is not customizable. Internal users are excluded..

    What exactly is the security concern? Internal users are part of the companies global address list and can easily be interpreted as contacts just not saved in your local outlook.

    Hi,

    The concern that some of our customers expressed was that internal email conversations will be accidentally automatically archived to the CRM and become visible to other users in the organization.

This case is public. Please leave out any sensitive information such as URLs, passwords, etc.
