#1973 - Could you pleas reset the number of license

I Need to reinstallt the software (Change of SuiteCRM Server), - now during the MS Outlook Installation it states that I have exceeded the nunber of licenses

    Hi,

    Your license count has been reset. You can go ahead and activate the license on the new SuiteCRM server.

    Now it say, that the License key is not found when configuring the application in Outlook:

    Hi,

    but it is not working. I am Talking About order #6111 - I cannot use the License Number. Wenn Startup up Outlook and entering the corresponding License Number I do get the following Dialog box.

    Hi,

    This is correct. You have purchased one license and it has already been activated on May 25th after you asked us last week to reset the number of licenses. You are tying to activate it again and it is telling you that you have exceeded the number of licenses that you have. We have reset it again today. Please uninstall FrontEnd completely and then reinstall so it consumes one license.
