#1874 - Syncing
Hello, we purchased this add on and have been using it for a few months and have found some troubling things that no one can seem to answer. When someone else in the company creates an account or contact and syncs it to the CRM from outlook, anyone else in the company can't see it after they sync their outlook with the CRM. Is there a way to set it up so when anyone in the company adds an account or contact or updates any of the information within either of them everyone gets the information automatically when they hit the sync rahter than having to open it up and manually select all that they don't have synced even after they sync their email? It is very frustrating as there is a lot of customers and accounts that we have and are adding every day and it takes a lot of time going through every page and marking ones for sync. Thank you!
