#1636 - Columns in database search when archiving emails

Closed Bug? created by americantours Verified Purchase 5 years ago

Hi,

One of our SuiteCRM Implicit FrontEnd users need to view extra columns when searching for an account from CRM database while archiving emails.

I want to know how to add columns which are not already in the search section of the CRM database.

I already have gone through creating custom fields of Account module, but it is not showing up as a column when searching for an account in CRM database search. Custom fields only add those fields to "More Information" section of Account module.

If you need screenshots, please let me know and I will email what I mean by that.

Thanks,

    Hi,

You can customize the columns in the list view when you define custom modules. But for standard modules like accounts, the columns are set. They cannot be customized.
