Thanks Heidi for the fast response! As you mentioned I am definitely aiming for something to monitor QuickBooks for PAID or similar statuses and trigger a workflows based on that. It would be based on CRON jobs / scheduler. That could take some work off my plate .
But again I do like that I can view a customer in SuiteCRM and then fairly QUICKLY see all of their invoices, and it DOES show if its paid - via balance due. Thats awesome. Im glad I checked out your addon.

Further, do you have any examples of working with an outside book keeping application? I use quickbooks and have considered and tested other integrations here. I saw a blog post on this saying it could be used to:
1. Streamlining Accounting: Imagine closing a deal or opportunity in your CRM, and with the magic of webhooks, all customer information is instantly sent to your accounting software. An invoice is automatically generated, saving you time and reducing manual data entry errors.Sounds nice I just have no idea how to make that happen with this tool.

_2nd : Go to Admin > Scheduler Click "Create Scheduler" Fill the Form. Choose Job as "Quickbooks Suite" and Set Interval more than 5 minutes. _
how does the option get added in job options under jobs??? - or alternatively what job should be chosen if it is one of available options??

Yes. Just finished support session. Moving forward. Two things to address at the moment: per documentations says to: 1st connect: (This required me to make a QuickBooks app, not sure I saw this in the documentation - please update that)
I managed to get through that and it says I AM CONNECTED , but now have an error: " File not found." in new window page.

By the way - My Domain was using php 7.4 , however the main server had 8.0 as default - I guess it was an issue - I also cleared cache in Cpanel

Hi, I did a support session- we identified IONCube loader issue - I have gotten past the immediate issue - that was identified causing 500 error - (downgraded PHP Server Version WHM to version 7.4 from 8.0) - Now I see the interface but I require help with adding license as that doesnt show for some reason in my custom package.
Let me know if you have any suggestion or if we can do another support session.

OK - I ran all of the commands from the WHM root terminal: After running the last command : ** chmod 600 private.key public.key . ** The items displayed as: private.key* public.key* to: private.key public.key
I refreshed - ran Quick Repair Build I tried loggin in again and failed:
After checking the settings for addon in ADMIn area under Compatibility Check I see this change:Configuration Table created and working properly rtcaeconfig.js is loaded successfully ** File required in OAuth is created successfully undefined** OAuth client is created successfully

Got it. That sounds familiar. It seems many of SuiteCRM self hosted Cpanel/WHM issues arise from permission issues. I tried running some permission fixes, but it did not achieve the desired outcome. If you have folder permission guidelines I can try that. Else we should do a screen share. At most I can am auth to give FTP access to the DEV,

I initially just wanted to get a high level overview of the capabilities, UI, Suite version and user experience inside your demo environment. At the moment I am testing a few integrations on my dev version. After I am done testing those, getting support etc... I may be able test this one.

"Does exactly what it says it does and does it well." Im a fan. I am able to add conditional color to items in a record and it works in list view! This helps a lot to look at a large number of records and breaks up the monotony. So for example any item / state that I consider to be of high importance I mark in red. Also it is a big plus is one time purchase! I rarely consider the SAAS model anymore. Hopefully a few updates will be included, View Add-on

Working well on my outdated (Not for long) SuiteCRM ver 7.10.6 self hosted :) . Support has been helpful. I like it being on the dashboard. The graphs are clickable. We get a nice general idea of the level of activity going on for our team. Custom date range might be nice addition. Overall works very well and support is responsive. View Add-on

Nice theme. Installed successfully to my dev environment. (**Be sure to check the DOC/ FAQ if you have install problem - that was necessary in my case). I like the theme personally, but my team seems a bit confused by it. Dont believe we will use on the live environment. Also note that the live demo includes an interesting feature for comments, in the projects area that is not part of the theme. View Add-on

We have been using this over a year now and adoption has increased. I believe with any new feature there will need to be an adoption period and some user on the team that pushes implementation / utilization. Our team lives in email - so the feature that send email notification the link to the exact record makes this user friendly. I dont think anyone knows to use the notification alerts in SuiteCRM. +_+_+_+_+_+_+_+_+_+ -- +_+_+_+_+_+_+_+_+_+ I really like this collaboration tool. I have tested a couple of weeks on my dev and now a week on my live environment. It has a nice design and feel to it. My team has not utilized it quite as much. It may not work for our needs. Regardless , I like when a tool works flawlessly and installs seamlessly , works fast without bogging down any other parts of the system. The options are pretty simple - almost too simple, but maybe that why it works so well. Support is great as I had a question about admin option turning off delete for non admin users, and they showed me how to do utilizing roles. --BTW my system is 7.12.8 - Cpanel / WHM View Add-on

UPDATE (2-20-24 - I See Dev responded, so adding stars ) So this is probably one of the best plug-ins I’ve had a chance to test. The integration with Gmail works fabulously once you get it set up. You actually need to log into two separate areas (right in the plugin). I ran into some issues with permissions I believe or maybe it was roles…. But I got that sorted out by doing some testing with my consultant. MOSTLY… I was very impressed that I was able to access all of the records right from within Gmail. That includes projects cases,,opportunities, l even some custom ones I’ve added. Additionally, I was able to edit the records. There are a couple of caveat where some drop downs don’t show up and maybe some other field types but this was very nice! I would give this a five star rating if the developer would respond and I probably will do so if they do. At the moment the plug-in is working very well, and I don’t even think I’m getting the full capabilities. If they do not respond, I may not be able to continue with my trial sadly since as I mentioned above I do believe I am not getting some features. I’m surprised there are not more very good ratings with just how it works out of the box. Challenges >>> If you are having issues with user access. Try adjusting roles. Admin seems to have no problems. Note: If you have the Addon MTS Highlight - It uses HTML codes to colorize fields. These codes show up on Yathit. Ill' make a support ticket to see if it can be fixed. where you can see the issue. Also custom drop down fields, and probably other field types may not be editable - checking with the DEV. I've Used a couple of years now and no issues. Haven't utilized to full potential I believe, but its a nice add on. Im on SuiteCRM 7.13 View Add-on

Tested on our DEV server. Best part was the logging calls feature (works in Contacts and accounts). I may not have invested enough time in configuring and setting up. But it didnt seem to work with a custom filters addon in our projects or allow to log calls from projects / custom module. That may be that it would work but again I didnt spend alot of time View Add-on
