So this seems to have resolved itself after some DB repairs and checking API connections. Not sure exactly what happened but thank you for quick response.

Ah disregard, I found the page in the Docs which details this. Adding "{rightsignature_signbox}" to the PDF template used.
Followup question: is there a mechanism in this plugin to designate different signatures for multiple signboxes in a SuiteCRM PDF Template? I generally have multiple signatures necessary for some documents and it would be very helpful if there was a way to designate which signatures go in which signbox field.

Ah thank you, I have it connected I think but I am not sure how to give access to my non adminstrator account. I don't use my SuiteCRM everyday from my admin account and when I try to use the plugin in my regular account I am told I need to have the administrator give me access to the plugin. Where do I do that from?

So it seems every new setup requires scheduling a consultation to set it up? I do not use Skype, does your team keep US business hours? I am not sure I will be able to schedule much time to try and get this working. I hope your team devotes some effort into improving the documentation.
Note: I am not the original commenter on this, but I have the free trial and considering using this plugin in my businesses.

Yes I did that as part of the initial install. I did this again and it still is not saving my Twilio config data when I click save. I only have one user tagged with the license I purchased which is not an adminstrative user. Is that the problem? Does the extension only work on admin accounts or when an admin account is tagged with the license?
What are the next steps to troubleshoot?

Works to some extent, can send for signatures but only for contacts in SuiteCRM, buggy and fails to send to emails outside of SuiteCRM. Also could never figure out how to designate multiple signers in a certain order, seems to be all or nothing. View Add-on
