#5008 - All Opportunity Amounts show up as zero in list view.

Open Bug? created by Larry Rudd Verified Purchase a year ago

My SuiteCRM install is 7.13.0. I installed the QuickCRM_Mobile_Full_SS_7.1.2.zip in my instance. We have 18 users.

Problem: The Opportunity Amount shows up as zero "0" on the list view from the phone.

Clicking on any of the opportunities to get a detail view shows the correct opportunity amount. Go back to list view and all of them are still at zero. I checked the QuickCRM Views Configuration on my instance, and everything seems fine. I tried "Clear Cache" from the phone multiple times and that didn't help. Sometimes when I add a filter the amounts show up, but the error is sporadic, and that "fix" only works infrequently.

    Hi,

We have never faced that issue and nothing has changed for years in the app with currency fields display. I wonder if that could be a bug with SuiteCRM 7.13.0 (usually, minor version .0 have a lot of issues) Which field do you display? amount or amount_usdollar? Could you also tell me how it is displayed on the detail view? (number of digits, currency symbol?). A screenshot might help

    Thanks

If you look at individual opportunities, the amount is there. Here's a phone screen of the opportunity list view with no amounts (typical). Phone screen no amounts.png Here's the phone screen when I adjusted the filter. Typically, there is no change but this time only one of the opportunities had an amount. Phone screen one amount.png Here's the screen from SuiteCRM. All of the opportunities have amounts. SuiteCRM screen with amounts.png

This does not seem to be a problem with the SuiteCRM install. Every report pulls the information fine. It seems to be something with how QuickCRM is pulling the information from SuiteCRM.

      Hello again,

The app pulls the data using SuiteCRM standard REST APIs. I would guess the problem is there (the APIs to pull a list or a detail view are different). Would it be possible to have a temporary access to your CRM? (Our manager can sign an NDA if you wish). If you agree, could you send credentials to support @ quickcrm.fr
