Wait, you are the provider of this product for sale and you can't cancel a trial period if someone doesn't want to use your product and get charged for it? This is unacceptable. Instead, you're having me jump through hoops to and email some nameless support to hopefully not get my credit card charged? O.K., I'll do that.

All groups and roles unable to create records

Fixed it. I removed SecuritySuite and erased all of the rolls and reinstalled SecuritySuite. Then I decided to watch the videos and read the manual. Problem solved. The order I was creating the groups and rolls was wrong (although that may not make a difference, I was confused on the relationships.) Either way, fixed and works excellent.

All Opportunity Amounts show up as zero in list view.

If you look at individual opportunities, the amount is there. Here's a phone screen of the opportunity list view with no amounts (typical). Phone screen no amounts.png Here's the phone screen when I adjusted the filter. Typically, there is no change but this time only one of the opportunities had an amount. This does not seem to be a problem with the SuiteCRM install. Every report pulls the information fine. It seems to be something with how QuickCRM is pulling the information from SuiteCRM.

Introduction

I'm using version 7.13.0 of SuiteCRM. I downloaded the correct version of your plughin and installed it. It shows up as "HT_MasqueradeYearly" on the list of modules. I had to finish a project and figured out a work around without your product. Please do not charge my card and/or refund my money.
