This is the same case as #2215 . The server error log shows:

You do not need that. If you check version 7.11.8 of suitecrm, you will see that all Zend/Gdata folder is filled with empty files, which only say

Great. As a workaround for anyone who comes across this, I was able to get it to work by downloading version 7.11.7 of SuiteCRM and uploading just the folder "Zend" (overwrite all files).
