    email syncing is not working in suitecrm 7.9.2

    I installed the trial and made some tests. It's still not doing 100% it supposed to do. I'm currently working with the support team of RT GSync to try to solve the problem. If the problem is not solved, I will stopped the trial. Plus, the support is not in the same timezone as I am (9 hours difference). So, it's not obvious: we are almost loosing 1 day every time we have to communicate...
