Uninstalled all of office and reinstalled. Still same error when trying to enter licence key.

Gary, this can happen if you have some anti-virus software that has blocked the installation and some of the files are under quarantine. If you have Windows defender or any other anti-virus software running, can you check if you have files under quarantine from the FrontEnd program files folder. If so, release them and then try running Outlook again.
If you have already uninstalled FrontEnd, please disable you anti-virus software for few minutes and install FrontEnd.

Hi, Checked quarantine, and no change when reinstalling. Tried reinstalling with no AV running, same result.
