Dear Implicit Team, we use the telephone number (mobile and office) of a contakt from SuiteCRM in the contact side panel. We suppose that you use CALLTO action because in our env MS Teams try to start the call. This is not working in our env because we work with Cisco Jabber for telephone calls. How can we change it from CALLTO to TEL?
