Hey,

Looking to see how you handle teams.

Looking to assign different team groups to cases leads and opportunities.

SugarCRM has “Teams” which in SuiteCRM are Secuity Groups so really looking to see if this is achievable?

    Hi Matt,

    We fully support SecuritySuite. All the functionality that exists in FrontEnd to support Sugar teams is available via security groups in SuiteCRM. That includes:

    Configuring Sync – Selecting records to sync based on their team assignment Assigning any record in Outlook to a team Publishing different FrontEnd configuration to different teams
