Implicit FrontEnd provides deep integration with Microsoft Outlook. #4767 - Cannot archive emails from Outlook to SuiteCRM
When we mark an email manually for archiving and choose the relevant contact/account, the email gets the green ImplicitFrontend label and the email icon gets a green checkmark, but the email is never archived into the SuiteCRM.

Most probably the server is returning an error when archiving the email. Please repeat the action of archiving and send us the log file: C:\ProgramData\Implicit\Implicit FrontEnd\SyncAddinTrace.txt
and also have you CRM admin look at the CRM server log at that time to see what is causing the error.
