#4029 - Actionable emails for the same email to different email addresses
Dear Support Team,
We have a scenario that doesn't work properly with Implicit and is driven to error. The scenario is as following: The user sends an email to a contact and saves it as an actionable email. Then he forwards the email to another contact of the same customer, and wants to create this one as another actionable email, but it is not possible as it is shown that it had been already created as an actionable email. I tested the scenario for the different contacts of different customers and with different subjects, but it is still the same. Can you please check if it is bug?
