#3935 - Cannot delete meetings in SuiteCRM even if not more existing in Outlook
Hi, After deleting some meeting in Outlook they are still present in SuiteCRM and I cannot delete them, I have the following message : "This meeting originated in another system and was synced to SuiteCRM. To make changes, go to the original meeting within the other system. Changes made in the other system can be synced to this record"
Can you give me the method to delete these meetings

Hi,
This is a known limitation of SuiteCRM. If you created the meetings via the add-in in Outlook, you need to delete these meeting through the add-in as well. SuiteCRM will not allow you to delete them directly on the CRM even if you're the administrator.

I understand, but the meeting are not anymore in Outlook. How can I find a way to delete ?

Hi,
Try modifying the meetings in the CRM and syncing back to Outlook. They should be recreated in Outlook. Then you can delete them in Outlook so they get deleted in both systems. Make sure to check the box to delete meetings in CRM when they are deleted in Outlook.
