#3800 - Cannot add users even though we have available licenses

Greetings. While we are still in the trial evaluation, we're unable to add additional users in the administration screen even though we have only used 7 of 10 licenses. The add license radio button is greyed out.

    Hi,

    Since you are in a trial mode, you cannot add users through the admin screen. The way to add users is to simply install and activate the license on users PCs. Once you get to the number of licenses you purchased it would let you know.
