I have Office 365 "Business standard", i have created "FrontEndUser@xxxxxx" what type of license i need ? I need to purchase a "Exchange online plan" for having a full function mailbox ?

    Hi,

    This is a question that you need to ask Microsoft (We use an Exchange online account for our own service account)

    It's a special service account with impersonation privileges. It does not receive or send emails, but through impersonation has the ability to retrieve emails.
